WHO DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We may use USPS or FEDEX at our discretion.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping and handling is $12 for less than 3 items, and $15 for 3 or more (2-bus days). If you need your items sooner let us know by sending an email to: safettismartwear@gmail.com, we will communicate you how much the cost will be, and if you agree and pay for it, it will be sent that way.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY COLLECTION ORDER TO SHIP?
We aim to ship orders placed on business days (non-holiday Mondays through Fridays) on the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday, will most likely ship the following business day.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY “PREORDER” COLLECTION ITEMS TO SHIP?
We aim to ship preorder gear no later than 2 weeks after order has been placed. Although we will make every attempt possible to fulfill every preorder, these items are subject to availability. However, if the item ordered is not available, a refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than two business days after the day the preorder was placed.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We have two distribution centers, one in Colorado and one in Florida. Your order will fulfill from the closest distribution center to you that has the item you ordered. Triathlon items are expected to ship from Florida.
