Do I need to create an account to purchase?

browsing the site, however, when you go to make the purchase we will ask you
for some personal information in order to finalize the transaction and there,

How to create an account to buy?
1. Enter www.safetti.com
2. Browse the main menu of the site at the top or use the search engine to find
our products.
3. Once you choose the product you want to buy, select the size, color and
quantity and add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the buy button and
continue browsing.
4. Once you have all the products you want to buy in the cart, go to it in the
upper right corner and check the summary of the products you are going to
purchase.
5. If you are satisfied with everything, click on the Checkout button.
6. Later you must enter your email, fill in your personal data and give the
shipping data (address and city), click on Go for payment and select the means
of payment.
7. Verify the registration of your purchase and wait for the confirmation
email. Once we dispatch your purchase, you will receive an email with a
tracking number, so you can track your order. Check your spam or junk folder if
the mail doesn't reach your main inbox.
Is it safe to buy from Safetti?
Shopping on Safetti's e-commerce is very safe and simple. Our payment

Once the order has been placed, can I cancel it and request a refund?
Yes. In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480 art.
47, the maximum term to exchange a pledge that you received is five (5)
business days from the delivery of the good. For more information on the

I can't complete the purchase with my card in the online store, why?

What is the correct care of the garments?
When
you wear Safetti garments, you can be sure that you have superior technology
and innovative designs, developed to optimize your performance and make you
stand out from the pack. Its correct use and care are your responsibility!
• Avoid
the use of belts or accessories made of rough or abrasive materials, which
generate direct contact or constant friction with the garment during movement,
causing wear and tear on it.
• Always choose the right size so as not to force the closure or seams.
• Make sure to open the zipper completely when putting on or taking off the
garments. Be careful not to catch the fabric with the zipper.
• When closing the garment you must hold it at the bottom until the zipper is
completely up.
• Make sure to let sunscreen creams dry before putting on the garment and avoid
direct contact of these creams with the garment.
How to wash your clothes?
- Wash
them immediately after use, especially after use in swimming pools and in the
sea, to avoid damage caused by chlorine and salt.
- We recommend washing white garments that are very dirty immediately
- Do not store wet garments for a long period.- Close the zippers completely
and turn the garment inside out.
- Do not soak.
- Wash in cold water or at a maximum temperature of 30°C / 86°F.
- Machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle.- Do not use a tumble dryer.
- Do not iron it.- Do not use chlorine or fabric softeners, you can
significantly damage the fabrics of the garments.- Dry your garments in the
shade and do not twist them.

Can custom uniforms be made?
Of course. If you want us to make
your custom uniforms, follow these three simple steps.

and let us know your requirements to send you a quote. We will need information
about the type of sport, type of clothing, quantity and your name, phone,
email, city and country. After sending us this information, we will send you
the quote.
*The minimum quantity for custom cycling and running uniforms is ten and
triathlon from one unit.
2. Once you accept the quote, you must pay 50% of it to start the process of
designing your uniform. Send us as much information as possible regarding your
design: colors, references, logos in editable formats that you want to include,
all this in order for our designers to make your dream come true. Within five
business days of delivering this information, we will send you the design
proposal by mail. You can make any modifications you want until you are
satisfied with your uniform and approve the final design.
3. Once you approve the design on all garments, we will confirm quantities, sizes
and final value to make the final approval of the order.
4. The production process of your garments begins once you have paid the
remaining 50% of the value of the quote. This process usually takes 30 business
days. Once your uniform is ready, we will contact you to coordinate the
shipment.
How do I know what my size is?
Cycling
and triathlon uniforms should fit snugly around your body but not narrow. It
