EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

WITHDRAWAL / RETURN POLICIES

According to the Consumer Statute, those who make online purchases are protected by the Right of Withdrawal (law 1480 art. 47), which allows the return of the purchased product during the (5) business days after the delivery of the product, by the same means and in the same conditions in which the good was received. The product must retain all labels, packaging, seals, and cleanliness. The Right of Withdrawal will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or damage by the customer.

The refund of the money will be made for the total amount paid by the customer in the transaction, the term of the refund may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days. Transportation costs and other costs that lead to the return of the good will be covered by the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICIES

Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase you made. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased in www.safetti.com, you can exchange it within ten (10) business days after the delivery of the good. To make the change, email servicioalcliente@safetti.com.co where you attach the purchase invoice and tell us by which reference you want to make the change. The costs of transportation and others that lead to the change will be covered by the client. The garment must be in perfect condition, with its tags and original packaging. Orders you place during national events such as CYBERDAYS, Cyberlunes, Blackdays, Blackfriday and SALE or some other national promotional activity, may have slightly longer delivery times, you can check the delivery days at the time of making your purchase in the online store. Delivery days are counted in business days, which correspond to Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays do NOT count as business days, nor do holidays.


Remember that the exchange must be made for a garment of equal or greater value that is available in the inventory of our online store. Exchanges can also be made in our physical stores as long as there is availability.

When it is not possible to exchange the same good you initially purchased, Safetti, at the customer's choice, will proceed to refund the total price paid or exchange the good for another of the same kind, similar characteristics or technical specifications that in no case will be inferior to those of the product that gave rise to the exchange.

CLAIM FOR QUALITY

All products purchased through www.safetti.com are covered by a ninety (90) day legal warranty. Whenever you have put the garment to good use and it has a quality problem, we will recognize the repair or exchange of the garment and all transport costs will be covered by Safetti.

We consider products with manufacturing defects to be those garments in which you find irregularities or changes in physical properties. Keep in mind that these irregularities are due to defects in manufacturing, materials or their operation, not due to improper use of the garments, or natural wear and tear.

If you believe that the product you purchased has a manufacturing defect, write to us at servicioalcliente@safetti.com.co telling us about the defect and send us a photograph of it, so that our warranty department can study what happened and contact you to make your claim effective or not. If your application is accepted, we will explain the steps to follow to make the guarantee effective.

Before making the procedures for a return, we suggest you consult the most common cases of rejection due to misuse of garments:

- The time limit of ninety (90) days after the purchase was delivered to make the claim was exceeded.- Not following the washing and care instructions of the garment.- Use of chemicals, bleach and softeners in the wash.- Fading by direct drying in the sun.- The garment was altered or modified by the customer and therefore its last was damaged.- The print, appliques or embroidery were ironed.- Natural wear and tear of the garment.- Damage to the garment as a result of falls or strong rubbing with rough surfaces.- The design of the garment has an artisanal process that makes each garment have unique and irregular finishes between the same batch. When it is not possible to deliver the same good initially purchased by the user as a guarantee, SAFETTI, at the consumer's choice, will proceed to refund the full price paid or exchange the good for another of the same kind, with similar characteristics or technical specifications which in no case will be lower than those of the product that gave rise to the warranty.

Remember that returned products that have been used must be washed before returning.

There will be no recognition of the guarantee in cases of force majeure, fortuitous event, act of a third party, improper use by the consumer and others established in Article 16 of Law 1480 of 2011.

RETURNS FOR SIZE CHANGE

In the event that the size of the product purchased in www.safetti.co does not fit your size, you will have a period of up to ten (10) business days from the time you received the product to make an exchange for size.

Write us an email to servicioalcliente@safetti.com.co attaching the invoice of your purchase and specifying the new size you want. At Safetti we will have up to three (3) business days to inform you about the availability of the product in the new size. The exchange cannot be made in the event that there is no availability in the new size requested, it is at the customer's disposal to make the exchange for another available reference of the same value. The costs of transportation and others that lead to the change will be covered by the client.

To access the change by size of the product, it must be in perfect condition, with the labels and in its original packaging. This return does not apply to promotional products.

CHANGES IN SAFETTI STORES COLOMBIA

All exchanges or returns that are generated from a purchase in www.safetti.com will be processed by the same means.
