A warranty occurs when a product has irregularities in the manufacturing process or changes in its physical properties that compromise its use, such as:

- Errors in the manufacturing process: loose sewing, changed strap, asymmetry.- Defects in raw materials: clasps, brooches, reflectives, fabrics - Defects in the print- Alterations in the final appearance of the design: contamination, absence of ink, excess color, shadows

The request may be reviewed if the delivered product does not correspond to the one invoiced.

- When I exceed the deadline to make the warranty request: 3 months after receiving the purchase, attaching an invoice or order number. - When the garment has been altered or modified.- Complaints related to the incorrect choice of size.- When the damage to the garment is the result of falls or rubbing against rough surfaces (cracked saddles, pavement or stone, bags or backpacks, velcro gloves, among others)- When the instructions for washing and caring for the garment have not been followed - Irregularities that may occur due to improper use of the garments or natural wear and tear.

After receiving your order, you will have up to 5 days to report any missing or error.

You must present your request to servicioalcliente@safetti.com.co with a photo/video and a description of what happened. In a time not exceeding 3 business days, we will respond to your requirement after evaluating whether the warranty applies. In the event that the exchange or alteration of the garment and all transport costs will be borne by Safetti. 

There will be no recognition of the guarantee in cases of force majeure, fortuitous event, act of a third party, improper use by the consumer and others established in Article 16 of Law 1480 of 2011.

Wash them immediately after use, especially after using them in the pool or in the sea, to avoid damage caused by chlorine or salt. 

Wash with cold water at a maximum temperature of 30°C 

Dry your clothes in the shade and don't twist them 

Completely close the zippers, snaps and turn the garment inside out, especially if it has reflective details 

Do not store wet garments 

Do not dry clean Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle and with a soap suitable for delicate garments 

Do not use a dryer 

Do not use chlorine, fabric softeners or solvents, you can significantly damage the fabrics of the garments 

Do not soakWash with garments of similar colors and that do not have elements that can damage the fabricsDo not iron

Avoid direct contact or rubbing with rough or sharp elements such as fixtures or surfaces

To close the garment you must hold the bottom until the zipper is completely up. 

When putting on the garment, do not stretch seams or fabrics too much to avoid bursting them 

Don't use perfumes or lotionsMake sure to fully open the zipper when putting on or taking off the clothes.

Be careful not to catch the fabric with the zipper 

Make sure to let the sunscreen dry before putting on the garment and avoid applying it to the garment

Always choose the right size so as not to force the zipper or seams 

Adjust the zipper cover to protect the bottom garments

Apply sunscreen to your legs and let it dry

Stretch the back of each side of the shorts a little and bring it up to above your knees, right where you are going to leave it 

With the help of one of your hands, bring the center part of the shorts up to your groin, with the other hand gently raise the shorts to your waist 

Finish all the way up the shorts to the waist

Finally, bring the straps up to your shoulders. On women's shorts, the clasp must be secured

Make sure you don't feel friction anywhere on the shorts and that the chamois is well positioned and comfortable. Now let's add kilometers!
